Expanding class timetable at Martin Garnett Personal Training – Team MGPT…
New classes have been added to the timetable at Team MGPT. All abilities are welcome and the sessions are fun, motivating and aimed at getting you fitter, stronger and healthier. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from:
- Spinning – high intense studio cycle class.
- Zumba – Upbeat latin dance workout, a great way to burn calories and have fun at the same time.
- Circuit Training – a mix of body weight and resistance exercises targeting the whole body.
- MetaFit & Abs – HIIT at its best 20 mins of bodyweight exercise finished off with some abdominal work.
- Kettlercise – Full body work out using a Kettlebell, brilliant for lean strength.
- Boxercise – a combination of Padwork, abs and bodyweight exercises, brilliant for relieving stress.
Classes are £4 per person (Circuit Training is £3) or you can sign up to a membership for £35per month and have unlimited access to the classes.

I also organise a run group two nights a week catering for all abilities, we meet at Ossy Mills front carpark on the following days:
- Tuesdays 7.30pm
- Thursdays 6.30pm
All abilities are welcome, we run/jog/walk between 4-12k and no one ever gets left behind.
We will be rolling out a C25K plan, a 5-10k progression plan and a Half and Marathon training plan in January. So if you have ever thought about taking up running, come down and start with us!
